For identifying your own bag

A pet portrait and name can help you recognise your bag. Check the strap and tag dimensions before ordering if you need it to fit a particular handle. It is not a tracking device.

Personalise from your photo

Select the pictured design, upload a clear JPG, PNG or WebP photograph up to 10 MB, and add the pet name and details you want included. Sample pets illustrate the design; your own photograph is the reference for your order.

For exact dimensions, materials, production technique, care or a required gift date, contact us before placing your order. Production and approval arrangements for accessories are separate from the framed oil-portrait range.

Shipping and custom orders

Free tracked shipping is available to destinations offered at checkout. Delivery time varies by destination; applicable import duties or local taxes may be separate. See our shipping policy and custom-order and problem-resolution policy.

Made just for your pet

Each Little Fur Tales portrait and personalised keepsake is custom-made from your photographs and instructions. We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind.

Cancellations and changes

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to cancel or change an order. If painting has not started, we can cancel and refund your order. Once painting has started, change-of-mind cancellations are not refundable.

Approval and revisions

For hand-painted portraits, we send a photograph of the finished artwork for approval before dispatch. Only minor changes may be possible due to the physical painting process. Any revision fee will be discussed and agreed with you before work begins. A new photograph, pose or major redesign may require a new commission.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, is incorrect or is materially not as described, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging are helpful. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement or refund, in line with your applicable consumer rights. Please contact us before returning an item so we can arrange the next steps.

Your rights

Our custom-made policy does not limit your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.
