Free worldwide shipping

We offer free tracked shipping worldwide to destinations available at checkout. There is no minimum order value. If your address is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering so we can check delivery availability.

Made just for you

Our framed portraits are painted to order. Painting usually takes 3–4 business days after we have received a suitable photo and your complete customisation details, or 5–7 business days during busy periods. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is production time, not the total delivery time.

Approve, then dispatch

We send a photograph of the finished artwork for your approval before dispatch. Time waiting for your reply or agreed revisions is additional to the production estimate. After approval, we carefully pack your piece and send you tracking information when it ships.

Delivery time and special dates

Transit time varies by destination and carrier. Any delivery estimate is separate from painting time and is not a guaranteed arrival date. For a birthday, memorial or other time-sensitive gift, please contact us before ordering. Entering an occasion date does not reserve express delivery.

International deliveries

Free shipping covers delivery charges. Any applicable import duties or local taxes are separate unless explicitly included at checkout. Customs processing can affect arrival times.

Help with a delivery

Please check your delivery address before checkout. For an address correction, delayed parcel, loss or damage, contact us with your order number. For damage, include photographs of the item and packaging where possible. We will help resolve the issue.
