It is not the finished painting, and it does not remove your photo’s background. Digitally created frame and colour illustrations help you compare options; real photographs and making films show the original sample finish. Actual finishes and paint colours can look different under different lighting.

How long does painting and delivery take?

Painting usually takes 3–4 business days after we receive a suitable photo and complete customisation details, or 5–7 business days during busy periods. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Approval, agreed revisions and shipping transit take additional time. Transit varies by destination and carrier. For a birthday or another fixed date, contact us before ordering; entering an occasion date does not guarantee arrival or reserve express delivery.

Will I approve the artwork before it is sent?

Yes. We send a photograph of the finished artwork for approval before dispatch. Only minor changes may be possible with a physical painting. Any revision fee is agreed before changes are made; a new photo, pose or major redesign may require a new commission.
